What happens after the 7 free days?
No card is needed to start. Before the trial ends we go over the results with you and you decide. No contract.
How is a minute counted?
By the second, not rounded up to whole minutes. Calls shorter than 30 seconds count as 30 seconds.
What if I go over my minutes?
Grace keeps answering from prepaid minutes you add — from $10. Nothing is charged after the fact. Moving up a plan is one tap in the app.
Can I change or cancel?
Any time, right in the app. Adding a service starts right away; removing one takes effect on the 1st of the month.
Do you charge for setup?
No. We set Grace up with you for free. The website is built free with a 6-month minimum.
