Terms of Service

1. The service

LaunchAnswer provides an AI assistant (“Grace”) that answers calls and messages for your business, books appointments, takes orders and requests, and sends you summaries, together with the LaunchAnswer app and any add-on services you choose, such as websites, Google Business Profile management, social media or ads.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity in your account, including by your team members.
• Give us accurate information about your business. Grace answers from what you provide.

3. Free trial

New customers get 7 days free. No card is needed to start. The service continues on a paid plan only if you choose a plan before or after the trial ends.

4. Plans, billing and minutes

• Plans are billed monthly in advance, or yearly if you choose yearly billing.
• Call time is counted by the second, with a 30-second minimum per call.
• If you use all of your plan's minutes, Grace continues answering from prepaid minutes you have added. Without prepaid minutes, calls go to your usual voicemail until the next period or until you add minutes.
• Adding a service or upgrading takes effect right away and is charged for the rest of the period. Removing a service or downgrading takes effect at the start of the next period.
• Prices can change with at least 30 days' notice.
• Ad budgets you approve are paid to the ad platforms and are not part of our fees.

5. Cancellation

There is no long-term contract. You can cancel any time in the app; service continues until the end of the paid period. We don't give refunds for partial periods, except where the law requires. Some services have a minimum term that is shown before you order them — for example, a website built free with a 6-month minimum, where cancelling earlier means paying the one-time build fee shown at the time of order.

6. Your responsibilities

• Use LaunchAnswer only for lawful purposes and follow the laws that apply to your business, including laws about call recording, telemarketing, text messaging and consumer privacy.
• Get any consent you need from your customers, for example before sending them marketing messages.
• Do not use LaunchAnswer for emergency services, to give medical, legal or financial advice, or for any purpose where a wrong answer could cause serious harm.
• Review Grace's answers and settings, and tell us if something is wrong.

7. About AI

Grace uses artificial intelligence. She answers from the information you provide and is designed to take a message when she isn't sure. Like any person or system, she can make mistakes. You are responsible for the information you give her and for decisions made using her summaries. We are not liable for a booking, order or answer that is wrong because the information you provided was incomplete or out of date.

8. Your content and data

You own your business information and your customers' data. You give us permission to use it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data, and we delete it after your account closes as described in that policy.

9. Third-party services

LaunchAnswer works with services from other companies, such as phone carriers, calendars, Google, Meta and payment processors. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their availability or actions.

10. Availability

We work to keep LaunchAnswer available at all times, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted — for example during maintenance or a carrier outage. Your phone keeps ringing as usual if Grace is unavailable.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as stated in these terms, the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you at least 30 days before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Elkhart County, Indiana, unless the law requires otherwise.
